    Bass from the kayak 7-4-25

    Dropped the kayak in this morning and conditions were pretty good. Had a few blow ups on a popper but none were very committed. Tried a Texas rig worm and no takers. Switched to a ribbon tail and got a couple. Went to a fluke rigged weightless and that was the ticket. Caught a bunch but nothing north of a pound and a half. Fun time celebrating America's Birthday. I don't have anything clever to write here.

    Nice to be out and about having a Good Time!

    Keep at it while you can and you are limber enough to get in a Yak.
    Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    And do not lean on your own understanding.
    In all your ways acknowledge Him,
    And He will make your paths straight.
    Do not be wise in your own eyes;
    Fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

    Hey Kevin, what body if water is that?
