I’m home from the Stab and jab motel

As much as I hate that place I must admit they have worked their ass off trying to get me better and on the road to recovery.
As some of you know they found more cancer in my neck and scheduled me for surgery again Tuesday morning.
So he went in and cut out the lymph nodes that the biopsy showed cancerous. Then he cut all around the area (called margins) and sent it in to pathology to see if he got it all.
I got the report this morning. (Pic)
so now we wait 3 months and a complete PET scan to see if they locate any place it’s returned. If it comes up blank I’m cancer free.
5 months of surgery’s, Dr visits every couple days, Back and forth to Dallas. And now my next visit is in 4 months. Holy crapp I feel like I’m on vacation now.
But I need every bit of this to recover from this crap. I’m thinking a celebratory beer is in order.
