I’ve not seen a site with used package prices but your Kubota dealer might give you a low ball trade in price and you can adjust as needed.
According to tractor data 2022 was the last year your model was built. I believe the L4802 is the newer model.
Here’s an example of the L4802 package pricing but you’ll have to add items accordingly.

Looks like it was one of those “package deals”. What’s the ask and what’s the dealer want for new? I wouldn’t put much value in that post hole digger. You don’t have any downforce with the 3 point type. Howse is decent, but not the best. What are the weights and trailer rating? ? What is the crossmember spacing on the trailer. Cheap trailers don’t give proper support. 2 or 4 wheel drive

This is an individual, not a dealer.

Just doing a quick search of that year and model tractor I would say that is a pretty good price with not even adding the implements. If you like it and it fits you needs offer $20k and go from there. I have a 2020 Kubota MX6000 with a cab and HST and it has been great. I wanted the highest HP I could get with the HST so my wife could also drive it.

I was saying that it appears that he bought the “package deal” when he bought it new. I understand it’s used. What’s he asking? Over certain hp emissions are required. Some have none, others have a particulate filter and some also require def. This should have a particulate filter. Sometimes emissions can be problematic and costly.

It has a particulate filter but no DEF.

Check out tractor house. It will show you a bunch of listings with prices being asked.

Often, the discount on low hour, quality tractors is less than you might anticipate. The price change (new vs used) is not quite the same as the car market.

I have thought about new vs used prices for tractors vs cars. I think you are correct that a 5 year old tractor vs a 5 year old car has a different percentage of value lost. But, in general, tractors last longer than a car I think.

I have that same tractor, less the trailer, purchased new in 2020 for about 35k. Last time I looked at new prices they were up close to 50% from what I paid. With low hours I'm thinking you could get 25k, maybe more with trailer. If I was selling i would probably ask 30k and be prepared to drop price and/or wait on the right buyer,

Edit: I thought you were selling, not buying. That package for 20k is a good deal in my opinion. 25k still not bad.

Well, I went and looked at it. It was purchased in 2022. He has 188.4 hours on the Kubota model L4701 tractor. He bought the tractor with a LA765 FEL, and Landpride BB1560, and the 7,000# GVW trailer. The trailer weights about 1900 pounds and is rated for 5,100 pounds of cargo. The tractor alone weighs 3,300. With attachments on it, it will still be below 5,100pounds. He was not considering the post hole digger or the brush hog in our deal because he said those were given to him, and they would go with the tractor. I thought it possible he gave $40K from my research; but he said he paid $38K. He is selling to me for $26K. Considering it is a 2022 model and only has 188 hours, I feel fine about price. The tractor, the FEL, the box blade, and the trailer all look brand new. So, I am transferring some funds around to complete the deal. One thing that surprised me is that he actually has a Texas Certificate of Title for the trailer. I thought trailers mainly just had a certificate of origin, and registration for buying plates. I hope I made a decent deal, but I am going with it. No money has changed hands yet, but we did agree on price and shook hands on the deal.

You done good. Register the trailer as farm trailer. $5 year plus local fees vs $100 plus

Thank you, and yes. I haven't driven a tractor in many years. My first real job, which was at an airport, I spent a lot of time on a tractor mowing grass. An airport has a lot to keep mowed. Equipment like this can be very dangerous. I will need to be careful as you suggested.

I think you made a good purchase. I think you will love the HST once you get use to it. I used mine last week with the grapple to move some tree limbs we cut and burn brush. My wife drove it it some to get use to using the grapple. Let us know how you like it.

Two things hammered into my head by this forum was to have a FEL and Hydrostatic Transmission.
