    That time of year...

Knocking out close to 200lbs of sausage this evening, gonna dry a majority of it. The ole Hobart makes quick work of the grinding part of it. Anybody seen a stuffer setup like this? My oldest, and my Dad in the pic.

I have not seen one setup like yours. I’ve only been a helper a few times 😛

Yep, it'll grind as fast as you can feed it.

Did 20 lbs last weekend with a kitchen aid. Not bad when everything is cold. Can't imagine 200 though. Impressive set up you have.

Yummy, bohunk sausage! A little competition for Maeker's and EJs?

Why am I so cynical of the media and the government these days?

We use Maeker's blend, just add 4oz of black pepper per 50lbs.

Michelob Ultra? You live in Shiner, a mile from one of the best brewerys in Texas, your screen name is Shinerlight, your daughter works at the brewery, and your drinking Anheuser Bush trans-fluid? You should be ashamed yourself. ...Just kidding but, WTH

            Watching my figure...🤣🤣
But no, got a couple of close family members that make a living by sell AB products, so i started on Bud Light, then had to go to this after their fiasco. My daughter got her a big girl job now, so no ties there. The brewmaster is actually my MIL's 1st cousin, so we get to hear about it at family functions. If i'm being honest, i don't like it...😁

But, we do drink 2-3 times a month at the brewery, helps keep us cleaned out...😁

I hunt north of Cuero and hit the Shiner brewery several times a year. Plan on being at Czechfest and market days coming up March 14th.
