I agree with everything you said, but I'm less confident that it's a fake video.

I’m guessing this is inline with Oturd’s ideology and that he has probably said such thing to his inner circle. I’d also bet that this is 100% ai and is a totally fake video.

Read about Open AI and the shake up there with their board Sam Altman, Ilya Sutskever, Jacob Pachoki. You can use your imagination to wonder why people cant agree with the direction of a technology as lucrative but dangerous as this.

I'm sure there are some fantastic things that will be possible with AI; however, like anything else, sinister people will find a way to use it to their advantage to create havoc.

I actually think the interesting thing about what is said in the video is that Obamanation is talking about controlling the population, juxtaposed to the potential that the video may be AI produced. If AI was used to produce the video, it would be revealing as to how AI could be used to control the population.

Right make a website put in your case details anonymously get a return of attys with percentages and cost to beat said case based off of previous history so you aren't overpaying
    Someone can have that idea.

Read about Blake Lemoine. Google AI software engineer who was fired for claiming their chatbot had gone sentinent. This is as serious as the development of the nuclear bomb.

We were using it in the oil and gas industry. It was actually an .NET windows but ran it on a cray xc40 under MONO. It inferenced the best time to pull the trigger on purchasing oil tankers of crude based on global events and markets. It was a 10 min decision on when to purchase gazzmillions of dollars of oil. We got an internal company award for that but yeah it's all over and this thing we worked on was back in 2017...

No one knows what will happen with AI, including the very people working every day to make it happen.
