The Seals have a really cool underwater self defense program in the BUDS training course, that would be kinda fun in a all inclusive swim event. Basically 2 gorrilas stand on you in the bottom of the pool until you drown, then they do cpr if you fight hard enough. He don't look like much of a fighter.
