The "victim" will then go spend $2500 taking their family and friends to some high end steakhouse. They'll take the remaining $5k and put it down on a Mercedes that'll get repo'd within 60 days and everything will be back to normal.

Company claims it is simply a part of a food service glove. Claims to have video to back up the claim.

Material testing can distinguish nitrile or vinyl from a material like latex. Many restaurants avoid latex based gloves due to allergies. But, nitrile condoms are available.

With a litigation demand of $1.5 million, if the video is decent, bet the restaurant pays for testing and shoves it up the Plaintiff's backside. Plaintiff will be lucky to get $7,500 in total if it turns out to be a glove. Very lucky. No medical expenses, no physical injury, so this would ordinarily be a chump change settlement, and daring the Plaintiff's attorney to take it to a jury.

If it was in fact a condom, and Plaintiff could prove it, they potentially would get paid more by keeping it quiet. Going public is a gun that often kicks as hard as it shoots.
