The Supreme Court on Monday afternoon cleared the way for the Trump administration to begin implementing an executive order, signed by President Donald Trump earlier this year, that imposes restrictions on mail-in voting. The court paused an injunction by a federal judge in Boston that had barred the federal government from applying provisions of that executive order in the November elections to 23 states (along with the District of Columbia) challenging their legality.

You have the right to vote in the constitution. You dont have the right to vote from anywhere you'd like. If you cant make it to vote, you dont vote. Whether it be you cant get out of bed because youre too ill. To, you cant get off your lazy butt to go vote.

I agree KWeber. The plaintiffs are the same states that refused to turn voter roles over to the federal government.So, I assume that if they don't send those roles now, even legitimate voters won't get mail in ballots delivered by the USPS either. I guess we'll see.

I don’t see what the problem is. My great grandmother and grandfather voted by mail in 2024. He's 170 and she’s 165. Their both still collecting Social Security too!
