It may be dry enough soon to put in a "Spring" garden, two months too late
Only planning on Purplehulls and okra, about the only ones that do well in the heatTwilight Zone RefugeeComment

Last year I switched to Top Pick Pink Eye peas, much easier to pick. Wife does most of the picking and really liked them.Comment

I >HAD< 200 feet of Mississippi Pink Eye purple hulls and 100 foot of potatoes, the rain got ALL of my taters and less than 50 feet of peas remain. Our Sugar snaps are about dead and the Kentucky Wonders are recovering slowly and starting to put beans on. 30 tomatoe plants starting to put maters on, only lost 5, have 50 feet of okra left out of 100, they were 3-4" rall when the rain beat most of them up. Will try peas and snaps again in the fall, our snap beans will be lonely canned with no taters in the jars.M R Ducks....M R Not....O S M R...C M WANGS....L I B...M R DUCKSComment
