    Fishing Copano Bay

We have some friends who bought a place at Copano Bay Village last year, and my wife and I will be making our first trip down there and taking the boat. However, I know NOTHING about fishing or navigating Copano Bay, except what I've read about you need to be damn careful!
I've been fishing Port A since I was in diapers and know those waters well, as well as some knowledge of Estes Flats, etc, but nothing about Copano.
Not looking for your secret spots, but just general info on where to go, etc. Will be fishing a 22ft Pathfinder, so can get fairly shallow.
    Thanks in advance!

Mid bay reefs. I havent fished it much and it was years ago but I ran my little RFL across a couple many years ago when it was choppy.

I've never fished it but if I went there I'd hit those islands at Swan Lake with a moving tide. I know I would whack em there. The shoreline going to the bridge west of there and the marsh around the corner from the bridge. Gotta be some reds in that area. Good luck.
I don't have anything clever to write here.
