Saw a nice buck on 140 this morning on the way to Pearsall. One side of his horns knocked off from the impact must have been a big truck or multiple hits it was tore up pretty bad. My neighbor saw three bucks together crossing the road close to his house I'm afraid the watering holes on the San Miguel are drying up I haven't seen any around dark coming to our tank yet I know they are here though. I went with Kris the other day to start their irrigation motor and there was two little does drinking out of the slough that the pump discharges into before valving it to the pivots they didn't even run when we cranked the engine.
