A dog fell in an underground cistern. A hunter went in to save the dog. There was H2S in the cistern, so the hunter dies. Two more hunters jump into help and they die too. Fourth person calls authorities.

It's tragic, but confined spaces are dangerous.

Since they had to use the GPS locator to find the dog, I would guess he/she was already dead. Moral, don't jump into foul smelling hole with dead dog.
