    It's the Eleventh Hour

And my 1100 hasn't drawn down on a duck all season

I'm fixing to pull my duck boat out of the barn to the bottom land even though there is not enough water to float it anywhere.

But with predicted rains that WILL change

I will WILL it to flood.

    and maybe pray a little

I don't think your prayers will be needed

      I'm not asking for much
About 400 million gallons should do it.
That's the equivalent to about 800 Olympic-sized swimming pools
A 4" rain on the San Bernard watershed should do nicely

Love me some woodies....I've had the most fun I've ever had with my pants on while shooting them coming into a roost

Hunting woodies in the flooded woods is like hunting F-16's in the trees.

Those little F-16 have good night vision and radar
But I know the path they take to their landing areas

Pulled it out of dry dock today

One week left to try for at least one duck dinner

            It's a 10'
The one under the barn is a 12

The 10 is faster and more maneuverable through flooded timber where the duckies hide

I like those twin outboards, I used to have some just like them on a 12' V-bottom but they got to where they didn't run worth a crap, kept losing power and got slower and slower.

                you're close to Rosenburg, correct?

I just hope my engine isn't locked up
Been a couple of winters since those outboards were running

I do have a lifetime guarantee on the engine.
