Any way you’d cook beef. Steaks , burger - it’s just lean. Zero internal fat so rare is my limit on cooking temp. Hamburger ground with tallow

No reports on the cow that got loose in my neighborhood. It jumped into my cousins property he sold a couple of years ago. Steve Wilson was leasing it but not anymore, no telling where it has ended up.
