    Old Mexico spot available

The ranch is 3,000 acres and is within a mile of where the “muy grande” was killed years ago.
Ive hunted it since 2010 and never shot a trophy deer.
Im too picky and always find a reason to NOT shoot.

The ranch just needs lots of feed and roads cleaned.

Its Super quiet and NO traffic coming through.
Never seen a person on it that wasn’t supposed to be there.
Modest house with water tank on top and everything runs off of a 2000 watt Honda generator.

2 hunters total, no guests( until I know you well)
$3,500 for the one spot and we split the feed.
    Thanks, Jason 210-269-3326

    Are you related to BretE?

That sounds like a great opportunity for someone. I can assure you, if I were younger and in better shape, I’d be all over it. I forgot, round is a shape.

sounds like a great opportunity - just curious why only 2 hunters on 3000 acres? Seems like you could have 3-4 hunters easily - you just do not want to deal with more people? If so I understand

        Yeah
I like to keep it to a minimal amount of “guns”.

I really like hunting it by myself, but cottonseed is high dollar these days and it’s a lot of work for one Gringo.

If I was retired! I have enjoyed your reports. It looks like a fine place.

What's your estimate on the feed bill for the ranch?
Life its too short to own ugly handguns and drink fruity whiskey.

Dang, what a great opportunity for somebody who doesn't have 2 leases already, lol. I don't think the wife will go for #3. But, if you ever want to sell a manangement buck to offset some costs, let me know.

                Thanks boys
Iv never put a calculator to the feed bill(because I didn’t want to know 🤣).
I have been running 6 feed pens with corn feeders from Nov. 1st through Feb.

Cottonseed and or pellets is just whatever we decide and can manage.

My family is middle class status.👍

Financially I could handle it. But honestly, I am not in the physical shape needed to pull my weight in a situation like that. That is one reason I like to look at and read hunting stories here.

You don’t have to do anything.😂

I bring helpers that do it all. $20/day + we feed them.
                    I bring 2 at a time.

Steak and chicken and rice are my favorites
