    Tie a line to it and reel it in with the Zebco
    Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    And do not lean on your own understanding.
    In all your ways acknowledge Him,
    And He will make your paths straight.
    Do not be wise in your own eyes;
    Fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

    Press it out. Create a small press with some steel plate and big bolts. Before pressing it out, flood the grease port with penetrating oil if the grease is old and crusty.

          Heat (as suggested directly above), then followed by quenching it with water. A couple three times ought to do it. Downside is damaging the pretty paint.

                    Make sure it isn't tapered. C clamp ball joint press an impact is what i would use just because i have them.

                      It's going to be stuck in the outside bushings where then linchpin goes, plug the bottom hole with something, wooden dowel, bubble gum, whatever, then fill the fill the hole with penetrating oil, I like PB Blaster. let it sit until BG gets there, put the torch to both of the arm bushings, then after he drives the pin out give him your Crappie filet stash. If he don't show up I will come by Saturday or Sunday, depending on the work Nazis.

                        Hasty press aka redneck press.

                        Two 8 inch squares of steel. Holes in the corners. Bolts b/w the two pieces of steel. Sandwich the pin. Use an impact socket smaller than the pin to drive the pin, and an impact socket or short piece of pipe bigger than the pin to catch it.

                        Tighten the sandwich, pressing the pin out. Four 5/8th inch bolts will deliver huge force with just manual tools - 1/2 ratchet or a short breaker bar. Even more with an impact wrench.

                        Tighten the bolts down, and the force is applied over time, so you can apply the force and while under pressure spray a penetrating oil or solvent via the grease port and screw/lynch pin holes.
