    The Original Blackstone Griddle

Anyone else? This guy can cook up a dozen eggs, fire up some burgers, sear a steak (beef or tuna) and many other things. When I'm at the Bay house it pretty much lives on the stove top all the time. This one is a Wagner. Who knows how old. Click image for larger version

I have a skillet just like that. Use it when cooking for the 2 of us, frying fish, reverse sears, oven pork chops…definitely my favorite thing in the kitchen.

However, you can’t touch the Blackstone, or the propane fryer, if you are cooking for 4 or more.

Or if you are cooking something that will stink up the house.
Or fried rice…or a mess of buns you want to toast.

      I love them all!!

Yes I have my comal, a small and large on my stove all the time. Use the comal the most. Cast iron is so easy to clean!!
