Thanks for sharing. The message is lost to the people that need it. They wouldn't be in that audience. If by chance they are sent it most would then preach that all you need is a third grade education. Wish I had not heard you don't need a college degree. It held me back from being able to submit my resume for jobs I could do without it. But I didn't want to lie that I had one. So School of Hard knocks I went until my boss asked me after I wrapped up a large grass roots plant project if I would like to estimate until the next project came up. This brought me into the career I am in currently.
