What goes up must come down
Does anyone have these tailgate lift assist on your trailer? I was redoing the latches on my tailgate and decided to give this a try. So far I love them. I can raise or lower my tailgate with one finger. The older I get the heavier these tailgates seem to get.

Been tempted to do mine. Looks easy to install. Only hold back is sometime need to take the gate off to load a pallet or something. -

I found these on Amazon. Search tailgate lifts or Gorilla Lift. If you have to take the tailgate off you only have to remove the bolt on the tailgate where the cable hooks to. Very easy process.If it flies........it diesComment

I have them on my trailer.. my trailer has a hinged ramp. It took my a bit of trial and error to get it like I wanted. Sure is better on my bad back!Comment
