Sargent BBQ Cook -Off

I'm doing the Sargent Volunteer Fire Department BBQ Cook-Off this weekend. Chefs choice is due Friday afternoon and chicken, ribs, and brisket are Saturday.
This is just me, no full bar, no live band, and no ice cream machine. If anyone is interested about how a BBQ Cook-Off is none, is looking for some tips, or wants to try some good food, feel free to stop by and see me. If the tapatalk gets fixed, I'll post a play by play as usual, but if not, I won't be able to get on here until Monday. Wish me luck.
