Have a buddy that has a bulkhead joint leaking on a concrete bulkhead. The goefabric that covered the seam on the back side is missing. Because of the missing seam seal an area behind the wall is washing out. How can this seam be repaired? If I'm understanding this, the whole problem is that the seam was never properly sealed. Is there anyone I can consult with so I can solve this problem?
