They still support them, just not to the same point of spending $200+ on a decent seat. Like most things, people want value for their money and paying the same price for them to lose as you did when they won isn't good value.

I know I was shocked at how many of those prime Diamond area seats were empty recently. No doubt that their attendance is down. Those seats are all paid for with season tickets by those who generally have plenty of money. They don't attend now due to Astros performance.
