Isn't the only crime the blackmail? What if you just spent some time with this woman but did not saddle her up. Isn't this still blackmail?

From what I have read....it's not about the money or the blackmail.

It's about him calling it a legal fee of sorts, paying his lawyer to pay Stormy.....and the Dems (prosecution) saying it was a campaign contribution that was covered up to influence the election.

So it all comes down to putting "Stormy" vs "Legal Fees" on the check LOL.

How ridiculous....and how this can't be considered blackmail....I have no earthly idea.

All these trials have been beat to death over the years. Even some of the dems judges passed all these trials up saying they had no leg to stand on. I don't know the laws but isn't election interference against the Law ? If not it should be.

So far, Trump et al hasn't made any claims team Stormy reached out to team Trump and threated to go public about any affair unless she was paid. In fact, it is clear that it was someone representing Trump who made contact, and orchestrated these events.

The question is where did the money come from and was Stormy paid to prevent negative publicity that would hurt T's election?

You can oh come on all you want...so far no one from team Trump is claiming she threatened him or his team to pay up or else. And, it wasn't out of the blue. The "grab them by the p#$%%^" comment had been released and team Trump was doing damage control knowing Stormy wanted to tell her story, along with the Playboy model. So, there was a reason for paying these women, but blackmail was not involved.
