Very low cost, Australian company SYPAQ has been building them and they are very effective...only cost around $3,500. Australia has been sending hundreds a month to Ukraine. Here is the twist...when the USA found out, we had to ask them to send us some to test because our radars might not detect them. We test our radars on every type material so we can be ready. The guy who suggested we test against cardboard was laughed at then fired....and now he is not answering his phone.
