Just saw that on Fox 26. Completely collapsed like it was intentionally demo’d
      But mama said.

I haven’t heard where the container ship is out of. They reported that it was outbound. Praying for all involved.

Big puff of exhaust smoke. Lights on ship then no lights makes me think mech problems.

Niether pilot was in contact with the hull of the ship. Minor miracle that they weren't taken out by the bridge.

After seeing a longer video You can see ship was having problems. Power on/off, on/off
            But mama said.

It looks like the lights went dark and the ship steered towards the support. Is this failure for the captains or cyber attack?

Looks like some cargo holders are going to learn what the maritime insurance term "general average" is....

Going to email one of my old dray guys up there with Evans who we used to use when get got parent paper rolls at Baltern and Seagirt. I am sure they are having fits today and there is a big CSX railroad terminal over there that uses this bridge. Talk about some headaches..

                  The bridge fell quickly. Horrible.

They had apparently called and said they lost propulsion several minutes before the impact.. That's enough for them to say "it wasn't terrorism", anyway, whether that's warranted or not.

Looks like the ship had lost power as all the lights went off in the turn and came back and came back on, maybe rudder was malfuctioned due to power loss but I know it was hauling ass !!

Wouldn't that be under a harbor pilot's command?
